HR Operations Manager, Global Sales [f/m/d]

As HR Operations Manager , you’ll take ownership of how HR operations work globally and continuously improve core HR operations across our international sales organization. Your scope includes payroll and benefits vendors, HR data and reporting, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance, with a strong focus on simplification, standardization and automation. A key focus in this role is to simplify and standardize HR operations while reducing manual work and improving data quality across countries. You’ll work as an individual contributor without direct people management, with full ownership of global HR operations and processes, collaborating with HR colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth, high-quality HR operations across multiple countries in Europe as well as in Singapore and Australia.
