Job Description: Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Receive and process interline and cartage invoice for payment - Review amount being invoiced vs amount set up for discrepancies - Work with Rate Audit on discrepancies to ensure proper payment - Send payments amounts to Accounts Payable for cheque printing - Mail cheques and filing of back up - Work with interline carriers and Rate Audit on balance dues (email & phone) - Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure receivable accounts are caught up before mailing payable money - This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday Day shift Qualifications: - Key boarding and some knowledge of computers - The ability to meet deadlines with speed and accuracy - Collections experience is an asset - Competent math skills - Proficient communication skills, written and verbal Additional Information: What we offer: -...
