Role Summary: As the Head of MGA , reporting directly to the Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) , you are the primary architect of the Allianz MGA strategy. You hold full P&C P&L responsibility and serve as a senior leader ensuring the profitable expansion of our MGA portfolio. By bridging the gap between high-level strategy and operational discipline, you will initiate and execute growth actions in close collaboration with the Head of Sales and Head of Underwriting. Your role is pivotal in safeguarding audit standards, maintaining MGA protocol compliance, and representing Allianz as a recognized leader in the market.
