Job Description Food & Beverage Supervisor | Club Tavern | Full-Time We’re searching high and low for a true ‘people person’ with a real passion for pub food and drinks. Sure, everyone serves food and drinks but you bring the magic and make it unforgettable! What you’ll be doing: - Leading shifts and keeping service running smoothly - Supporting and guiding the FOH team with energy and positivity - Delivering top-notch customer service (and making it fun!) - Handling the nitty-gritty: cashing up, opening/closing procedures, and keeping standards sharp - Being the go-to person for both guests and team when things get busy Inherent requirements: This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
