Benefits: The Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist is responsible for actively monitoring accounts receivable aging, resolving complex claim issues, and managing claims-related collection activities to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. This role works payer and patient balances across service lines and requires strong skills in claim research, payer policy interpretation, denial management, follow-up, and documentation.
