Job Description: ***IMPORTANT NOTE: Candidates selected for the Associate Public Health Sanitarian position must show proof that they have filed for Exam No. 6122 and will be appointed on a provisional basis. As a provisional employee, you will be required to take and pass Exam No. 6122, Associate Public Health Sanitarian, and receive a list number from the NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services in order to be considered for permanent employment in this title.
