**Role is located in Rocklin, CA; Austin, TX; Seattle, WA; or Redwood City, CA. The Facilities Team is seeking a Lead Category Manager to support commodities related to Energy (Gas/Electricity/Solar) Acquisition, Data Center Design / Construction, General Purpose Building Construction, Acquisition and Maintenance of Facility Capital Equipment, Global Physical Security Services, and other Facility Services commodities. This is a global role requiring knowledge and support of projects worldwide with a majority emphasis on North and South America regions. Team member will also complete merger and acquisition related activities related to their service commodity areas. The individual must be self-driven and motivated to successfully manage multiple priorities and excel in the high-paced Oracle culture. Responsibilities will include extensive, high value contract negotiations, supplier management functions, regional and global sourcing initiatives, enforcing policies and procedures, and effecting change management across Oracle.
