What You'll Be Doing?: - Analyze current operations to identify performance gaps, determine root causes, and support data-driven decision making - Review and map business processes; develop and standardize problem-solving methodologies - Design improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities - Design and run pilot implementations and experiments to validate solutions before scaling - Execute initiatives, track progress, and resolve deviations or roadblocks - Monitor results and ensure sustainability of improvements - Own and improve key operational performance metrics, driving measurable business impact - Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to drive improvements - Build and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to supp...
