JOB SUMMARY: LandSolutions is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support our growing People & Culture and Health & Safety programs across Canada and the United States. This role focuses on safety program administration, training coordination, and HR program support. The successful candidate will help ensure safety and compliance programs run smoothly by maintaining documentation, tracking training, supporting audits, and helping coordinate mandatory training and onboarding. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with systems, organizing information, and supporting structured programs that keep workers safe, compliant, and supported.
