Guide and support staff in administering achievement tests as needed. Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and instructional supports to assist in developing students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional skills. Assist in the development, writing, and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with school staff to ensure goals are meaningful and achievable. Provide direct counseling services to students and consult with families, offering guidance and connecting them with additional resources when necessary.
