Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: Days/Afternoons (United States of America) Primary Function/General Purpose of Position: The Lead Perioperative Attendant is responsible for assisting the clinical staff by performing a variety of support functions that facilitate the delivery of surgical/procedural services to the patient working under the guidance of the Registered Nurse or designated health care professional in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and within the policies, procedures, and guidelines of the organization. In addition to the duties of Perioperative Attendant II, the Lead Perioperative Attendant is responsible for the oversite of the OR Attendant team and/or assigned to a Service Line to provide support.
