Job Summary This position supervises a team of support and/or production-level employees, including hourly and direct staff, within Manufacturing Operations. The Supervisor is responsible for setting day-to-day activities and monitoring production operations, maintenance, plant engineering, and scheduling for an assigned manufacturing cell. This role is onsite in Charlotte, NC Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Manages the daily performance of a single manufacturing cell to ensure production targets are met. Quality Control: Ensures all quality-related items for the cell are completed and documented in accordance with established quality standards. Process Improvement: Assists in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency of operations and cost-effectiveness. Scheduling & Sequencing: Assists in scheduling and the sequencing of work (build and delivery) for the cell to optimize productivity. Logistics Support: Coordinates activities for materials and logistics problem resolution to ensure the availability of materials and smooth operations.
