Job Summary The Director, Facilities for hospitals oversees the operations, maintenance, and management of all facility-related services across the hospital campus. This role is responsible for ensuring that the physical environment of the hospital supports the organization's mission of providing high-quality patient care. The Director of Facilities will lead a team in maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient environment, in alignment with healthcare industry standards and regulations. This position also oversees the security and biomed teams.
