Procurement Specialist

Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: - Timely execution and procurement of material orders according to specified production requirements. - Organize the procurement process for equipment and tools needed for production and engineering. - Collaborate with existing suppliers and seek new ones, negotiating procurement and delivery contract terms. - Conduct market research and price monitoring. - Maintain procurement, material, and documentation databases in the ERP system. - Confirm and control the delivery times of ordered goods.
