Company Description Position Overview: The Near North Montessori (NNM) Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction by thoughtfully developing, selecting, and adapting instructional plans and materials that address, meet, and challenge the diverse needs of all students. Employing effective, developmentally appropriate instructional practices, the Teacher establishes and maintains a classroom environment that fosters intellectual, physical, social, and emotional curiosity and meets each student's developmental needs. In addition, the Teacher/Guide systematically monitors and evaluates student performance, implements targeted strategies to support and enhance student achievement, and maintains accurate and comprehensive records in accordance with established policies, procedures, and professional standards.
