Job description

JOB SUMMARY: This position serves a crucial financial role in the organization. This position is responsible for oversight of finance functions including: cost accounting, budgeting and productivity, decision support, and the annual cost reporting process, as well as preparation and review of the month end financial statements, and oversight of the annual external audit. This position will have day to day interaction with senior leaders, directors, outside stakeholders, and department associates. The person in this position should have a working knowledge of reimbursement principles and Medicare and Medicaid settlement accounts, as well as payer contracting.
