MKTQ227R26: As Director of Internal Communications, you'll keep thousands of Bricksters informed, aligned, and connected to our mission, our products, and our culture as we scale. You'll own company-wide communications, run our most important internal moments, and serve as a trusted partner to our founders and executive team. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how to cut through noise, and can translate technical topics and business priorities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate across a global organization. The impact you will have: Executive & Founder Communications - Serve as a trusted communications advisor to Databricks' leaders, providing strategic counsel and content development for internal audiences. - Develop high-impact content, talking points, and presentations for company-wide moments including All Hands, Company Kickoff, and leadership forums. - Partner closely with leadership to distill complex ideas — technical, strategic, and organizational — into narratives that land with employees at every level.
