Compensation Manager Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite) | Full-Time | $120,000 – $145,000 + Bonus Automotive / EV Manufacturing: We are seeking a: Compensation Manager to lead the strategy, design, and evolution of enterprise compensation programs within a rapidly growing and highly innovative organization. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on compensation design, job architecture, career frameworks, market competitiveness, and pay equity , while partnering closely with HR, Finance, and executive leadership. Position Overview: The Compensation Manager will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert responsible for developing scalable compensation frameworks that support organizational growth, talent attraction, retention, and internal equity.
