Senior Test Analyst | Workday HRIS Implementation Greenfield Transformation Project | Melbourne, VIC The opportunity: Due to significant business growth, Kinetic are currently embarking on a large-scale global transformation program and looking for two experienced Senior Test Analysts with hands-on experience in Workday HRIS to help deliver one of our critical workstreams. These are initial fixed term full-time contracts for 12 months, however due to the scale of our transformation program this may extend. Key accountabilities: - Perform hands-on testing by creating test scenarios and test cases based on project and business requirements. - Able to utilise Azure DevOps or JIRA X-Ray to document test scenarios and test cases. - Conduct end-to-end test execution, including logging test results and issues, and performing defect re-testing until resolution - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. - Work with 3rd party vendors or developers in testing to ensure delivery as per design specifications and governance processes. - Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of testing principles and processes - Collaborate with busines...
