Marketing & Growth Coordinator BFF Medical Wellness is a membership-based medical wellness clinic specializing in functional medicine, aesthetics, body contouring, and anti-aging treatments. We operate multiple locations in Southern California and are actively growing. We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Coordinator who doesn't just manage marketing — they own it. The Role: This is a hybrid position. We work with an external marketing agency that handles paid advertising and landing pages. Your job is everything else — and that "everything else" is where the real growth happens. You'll be the bridge between our agency, our clinical team, and our patients. You'll curate and create content, build outreach campaigns, identify new opportunities to promote our services, and actively engage with our community to drive awareness and conversions. You're not sitting behind a dashboard waiting for leads to come in. You're out there making things happen. This role requires in-clinic presence at least 1-2 days per week.
