We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to help provide reactive and preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment at our Heywood site. Shift Available: Monday–Friday, either 7:00am–3:00pm: The Role: In this role, you will: Provide strong leadership and mentorship while actively supporting and developing our existing team. Deputise for the Engineering Manager as required. Oversee contractor control, ensuring all contractors are inducted, supervised, and compliant with site safety standards, permits, and operational requirements. Diagnose and resolve equipment failures across mechanical and electrical systems—including cranes, conveyors, refrigeration, and plant utilities—identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes.
