Coho Consulting Group is seeking a performance driven Human Resource Technician provides advanced administrative and operational support to federal Human Resources Specialists in the areas of classification, recruitment, and onboarding. This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of personnel actions, supports HR data integrity and reporting, and delivers responsive customer service to stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle. The position plays a critical role in enabling efficient, compliant, and high-quality federal hiring operations. This position is onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): - HR Processing & Onboarding - Review Request for Personnel Action (RPA) packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable policies - Coordinate with hiring managers, administrative officers, and HR stakeholders to obtain missing documentation - Execute administrative actions to support selectees from Tentative Job Offer (TJO) through Entry on Duty (EOD) - Track onboarding progress and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed on schedule - Data Management & Reporting - Enter, update, and...
