POSITION SUMMARY: The CI Trainer is responsible for managing the day-to-week activities and will develop plans for training new and existing employees. This position utilizes instructional/coaching methods and skill development to support the team and ensure all employees are working efficiently and meeting company standards. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Train new employees and retrain/cross-train current employees on all aspects of their role and processes - Complete training/evaluation paperwork, audit training methods and job breakdown sheets, and report status of the programs - Coordinate training, and other various initiatives and projects, with CI Training Supervisor and Operations - Deliver training programs (e.g. Training Within Industry (TWI)) to employees and observe/provide feedback on progre...
