Job description

Main Function: Provides comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients experiencing acute and chronic pain thorough evaluations, diagnosing underlying conditions, and implementing individualized treatment plans. Utilizes a multimodal approach that includes pharmacologic therapies, interventional procedures, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and improve quality of life. Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with acute and chronic pain. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using pharmacologic, interventional, and rehabilitative strategies. - Perform pain management procedures such as nerve blocks, epidural injections, spinal cord stimulation, and other minimally invasive techniques. - Collaborate with other specialists to deliver integrated care. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. - Educate patients and families about pain management strategies and expectations. - Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with advancements in pain management. - Ensure adherenc...
