Job description

Summary: Attends to the Hospitality needs of Spirit Mountain Casino by performing the duties of the following positions as assigned. These positions include the following, but not limited to; Food & Beverage, Mountain View Sports Bar and Amore departments; Bus person, Barista, Kitchen Steward, and Prep Cook. This is a limited duration position of up to 6 months. Essential Job Functions may include any of the following: - Learns to provide constant, attentive, and friendly service to customers at all times. - Learns to clear and wipe tables, chairs, counters, floor, walls, sink and all beverage service units. - Learns to scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on a conveyor dishwashing machine. - May serve as barista by scooping ice cream, making, serving beverages, sundaes, splits, and other offerings. - May be required to complete transfers, orders, requisitions, waste sheets and monitor product levels for proper inventory. - Serves and refills beverages, pre-busses and maintains cleanliness, responds to guest requests. - May measure and mix ingredients according to recipe to prepare food. - Washes, peels, cuts, and seeds vegetables and fruits...
