Full Time (80 hours/pay period) Day/Evening: Mon-Fri, 8:30a-4:30/5:00p (cross-over to when the 2nd shift team starts); supervisor on-call duties 4 weeks/year General Summary: Supervises personnel and assists in managing the Imaging Department daily operations. Provides imaging services. Duties and Responsibilities: - Reviews and evaluates completed work for quality and completeness. - Implements and oversees new procedures and related protocols. - Compiles data for and prepares regularly scheduled or special reports, analyses and statements. Common Expectations: - Selects, trains/orients, assigns department staff, evaluates performance, and makes recommendations for personnel actions. - Responsible for the care and maintenance of department/entity equipment and supplies. - Ensures that preventative maintenance is performed according to the established schedule. - Manages resources within budgetary guidelines. - Demonstrates a commitment to patient, visitor and staff by: complying with all applicable safety regulations; learning the impact of medical errors and methodology that will lead to reduction of errors; reporting actual and potential errors, as well as hazardous conditions;...
