We are currently looking for a Senior Level Semiconductor Device Modeling Engineer. You will play a vital role in supporting the Modeling of Radiation Effects (MoRE). This position demands a blend of problem-solving, programming, semiconductor devices physics, magnetics, and foundational circuit design concepts. Essential Responsibilities: - Develop radiation effect aware SPICE models for semiconductors. - Leverage available modeling products to conduct TCAD simulations. - Implement worst-case analysis scenarios in circuit design while incorporating programming and statistical applications as needed. - Attend national radiation conferences. - Perform design, development, or review of tasks in specific areas under close supervision. - Design a portion or section of an analysis or design review. - Assist in the preparation of reports and correspondence. - Develop, maintain and produce techni...
