With DSV’s continued growth and increasing complexity in both product offerings and requirements, the importance of a strong and consistent quality framework is increasing. While existing controls provide a stable basis, additional capacity and expertise are required to further develop, drive, and embed quality processes, improve efficiency, and ensure sustainable optimisation and standardisation across the Air&Sea division. As we are present in more than 80 countries and hundreds of sites we need to ensure we have an up-to-date oversight of the level of compliance, risks associated to customers’ needs and expectations as well as develop and refine good practices.
