About the department: The HRIT team is part of Global HR Support within CPBC in Szczecin. We ensure that global HR systems, with SuccessFactors at the core, operate efficiently, securely, and in compliance with all standards. The department collaborates closely with HQ and global HR stakeholders, supporting system development, governance, and continuous improvement. About the job: As an HRIT Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the global SuccessFactors platform in Employee Central and Qualtrics and/or Time.
