This role offers the opportunity to operate and maintain a diverse range of mechanical and electrical systems, including those that provide heat, power, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other essential environmental systems. Duties & Responsibilities: - Repair and maintain HVAC-related equipment, including heating systems, air handling units, motors, and pumps. - Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including filter changes, lubrication, repairs to HVAC equipment, motors, VFDs, plumbing, and light electrical systems. - Carry out minor carpentry tasks and repairs. - Utilize the work order system effectively: interpret, execute, and close work orders accurately. - Troubleshoot basic electrical issues; replace ballasts, switches, and related components. - Repair restroom fixtures and clear d...
