Entity: Customers & Products Job Family Group: Engineering Group Job Description: The primary purpose of the Reliability Engineer is to provide functional process safety and improve process designs and narratives. The Reliability Coordinator is to act as OMS tag in the maintenance department and to start-up RCA’s concerning technical performance in terms of reliability and maintainability of the assets. The role will support Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Engineer in developing an annual maintenance plan and executes this plan by liaising with all internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will report to Lubricants Maintenance Manager and locate in Gemlik, Turkey. Key Accountabilities: Review plant functional process safety and define the gaps, take necessary actions together with team to close the gaps Lead or participate in root cause analyses (RCA) in order to tackle the root cause of issues and offer a sustainable solution. Consider ETPs (Engineering Technical Practice) in all maintenance works and OMS (Operating Management System) standards Develop related risk assessment such as what if, LOPA, FMEA, HAZOP, etc. for existing and new assets.
