Position Overview: ANSER is seeking a Senior Executive Operations Specialist (BOND support) focused on Personnel Onboarding to provide direct support within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Director of Administration and Management (DA&M) Office. In this role you will facilitate key OSD leadership initiatives including the Bond Program, bringing operational efficiencies and subject matter expertise to the Department of Defense (DoD). This position requires on-site support at the Pentagon, Monday through Friday, during core business hours of 8am-4pm with potential shifts in work time based on operational requirements.
