Job Summary: see below Responsibilities: Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for performing material handling operations, minor maintenance on plant equipment, and such duties including but not limited to: Requirements: - Ensuring proper startup and operations of transfer system (i.e. – conveyors, crushers, etc.) and mobile equipment. - Operate various types of heavy equipment (including but not limited to wheeled/tracked bull-dozers, wagon scrapers, front end loaders, tool carriers, water tankers, etc.) to perform coal pile activities. - Ensuring proper startup, operation of the balance of material unloading and handling equipment. - Ensuring proper Lockout Tagout (LOTO) Energy Control procedures are performed as directed. - Collection and processing of coal samples. - Inspecting and cleaning material handling areas and equipment. - Changing oil and lubricating equipment. - Correcting equipment problems and performing minor maintenance act...
