Screen Printer Greenville, SC: DesignLab, Inc. has been a manufacturer and distributor of custom uniform apparel and accessories for more than twenty years. The owners of our company have been in the apparel business for thirty years. We are a minority business based in the U.S.A. which specializes in providing top-quality custom clothing, uniforms and accessories to government agencies nationwide. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Screen cleaning, reclaiming, coating, exposing, and preparation for daily print jobs - Reading and organizing of artwork for daily print orders - Knowledge of colors using PMS (Pantone Matching System) - Breakdown of screens on and off press - Catching, folding, tagging, and bagging of garments - Packing and preparations of orders for shipping - Checking incoming goods to orders for daily production - Operation of heat press and vinyl cutter - Weeding of designs for heat press - Some screen printing and heat press knowledge helpful but not necessary; will provide on the job training.
