Plant Manager Location: Clover, South Carolina: The Plant Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing operations for the Clover (SC34) electrical safety site by managing $18 million annual conversion cost that contributes $25 million annual revenue. This leader will oversee safety, production and quality performance to meet the demands of internal stakeholders and customers across a range of industries. This role will provide leadership to manage plant operations in the areas of safety, quality, cost, productivity, continuous improvement, good manufacturing practices, asset management, customer service, and human resources/team capability development. Job Responsibilities: - Operational Leadership : Provide strategic and tactical leadership for two manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
