Job Title Reliability Tech B/C/D Position Overview: Shaw Industries is seeking a Reliability Technician B/C or D for 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday 3:30pm-11:30pm) to maintain and support the capacity and reliability of equipment assets within assigned areas. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal operational efficiency while minimizing costs and supporting overall manufacturing performance. Based on experience, this position could be filled as a Tech B, C or D.
