Your mission We are now looking for a business-oriented Legal Trainee to support Matrix42’s international legal function in its various daily tasks and projects. Key responsibilities: - Drafting and commenting commercial agreements (e.g. sales contracts, DPAs, NDAs) across jurisdictions in Europe - Assisting in data protection matters - Planning and implementing a contract management processes and AI enabled legal workflows - Corporate governance tasks of an international software business - Supporting in corporate development and M&A activities - Any other tasks the team may have The position is: - part-time and for a fixed term until 31.12.202 6 . The role is based in Espoo, Finland, with a hybrid working option . You can start either immediately or at the end of the summer.
