Division: Beacon Bank & Trust Department: Retail Ops Training: Reports to: Retail and Consumer Training Director Status: Exempt: Pay Grade: 9E: Salary Range: $64,832 - 90,500: Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Location: Ipswich, MA or Medford, MA Purpose/Objective : Designs, develops, and delivers comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance for the retail and consumer operations division. Also provides support and assistance on the maintenance and administrative functions of those training program. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of pertinent regulations and internal policies and procedures.
