Job Title Federal Contracts & Subcontracts Manager - Compliance/Governance (Washington DC) Job Description: The Federal Contracts & Subcontracts Manager – Compliance/Governance is a key member of a multidisciplinary team supporting opportunities from identification through contract closeout. This role provides expert guidance to internal stakeholders throughout U.S. Government award negotiation, execution, and close‑out. The position ensures accurate interpretation and application of contractual requirements, aligning contracting practices with company policies and Federal Acquisition Regulations. The successful candidate partners closely with stakeholders to drive effective contract administration and maintain strong internal controls. Your Role: Critically assess solicitation, contract, and subcontract requirements to identify compliance risks, challenges, and alignment with the company’s strategy and operational capabilities.
