Security Clearance Type: None/Not Required Security Clearance Status: Not Required As the Director of Materials and Process Engineering, you will lead the engineering teams that provide support to the production of carbon brake manufacturing at three of our Associate Manufacturing Facilities (AMF) located in Pueblo, CO; Spokane, WA; and Santa Fe Springs, CA. This role also oversees the Dyno Test Lab and the Carbon R&D department. In this role, you will manage the department’s operations and staff while ensuring goals related to safety, product integrity, quality, on-time delivery, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and continuous improvement.
