Plant Operator - Bowenfels

In this role, you'll: You’ll be part of a dedicated work crew that includes a team leader, road workers and fellow plant operators, working together to deliver road maintenance and construction projects across the state network. - Operate a varied range of plant and heavy machinery, such as rollers, backhoe and soil stabiliser - Support the crew with manual labour tasks and carry out the full scope of responsibilities aligned with a Road Worker Grade 3. - Undertake road construction and maintenance activities, which may include (but not limited to) road widening, barrier installations, pavement upgrades, overtaking lane construction and heavy patching works. - Travel across the region to attend various worksites, including participating in call outs where required.
