Job Description: Job Description – Sales Manager (Ariane) Role Purpose: Drive revenue growth, customer adoption, and long-term client partnerships within an assigned region, positioning Ariane as the most trusted, adoption-driven self-service partner in hospitality. Key Responsibilities: · Deliver annual sales targets (one-off and ARR) in line with Ariane’s 3-year sales plan. · Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and closure. · Develop strong relationships with hotel chains, franchise groups, and individual properties. · Work closely with pre-sales, project, and support teams to ensure successful installations, pilots, and rollouts. · Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in Salesforce. · Identify attrition risks and partner with Customer Success to protect recurring revenues. · Represent Ariane at industry events and build the brand in local markets. · Represent Ariane professionally and with integrity at all times, both internally and externally.
