Job Description Summary: This highly visible and unique position serves as an internal consultant and trusted advisor within the Enterprise Services (“ES”) Strategy & Operations team (S&O). Partnering closely with ES leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, the role is responsible for diagnosing business needs, maintaining an end-to-end view of the ES portfolio of operations (people, services, project status, budgets, and leadership routines), and translating insights into clear recommendations and decision-ready deliverables. Success requires the ability to build strong relationships, influence without authority, and drive structured planning, program / portfolio management, and implementation support for key leadership initiatives. The role is focused on three areas as follows: 20% - Steward end-to-end business insights on the ES portfolio of operations 30% - Orchestrate ES planning and performance management 50% - Provide disciplined delivery and decision support for key ES initiatives Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Business Insights: Stay current with external / peer company benchmarks for Global Business Services.
