Job description

The IPMS Team Lead, Electrical Engineering will lead a dynamic team of engineers responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the Integrated Platform Management System (IPMS) and related subsystems for the Arctic Offshore Patrol Ship (AOPS) and River Class Destroyer (RCD) projects. This leadership role combines technical expertise in electrical systems with strong team management skills to ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet program requirements and timelines. Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
