Requisition Number: R-22383 Facility: LOC0001 - 55 Fogg Road55 Fogg Road Weymouth, MA 02190 Department Name: SSH Inpatient Phlebotomy Status: Full time Budgeted Hours: 40 Shift: Day (United States of America) Under the general supervision of the Phlebotomy Supervisor, the Lead Phlebotomy Tech provides leadership, training and daily supervision of the staff to ensure the team functions as a cohesive unit. Provides support to the Phlebotomy Supervisor and staff on special projects. Assists in developing and updating SOP’s as well as training all staff on changes in SOP's. In the absence of the Phlebotomy Supervisor, assumes charge responsibility as appropriate including taking on- call roll. Performs blood collection procedures. Ensures the safety of the patient and the safety of the blood collected. Compensation Pay Range: $21.46 - $28.89 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1 - Performs all duties of a phlebotomist and Phlebotomy Specialist.
