Entry level positions available for suitable candidates. About the Role: The Home Care Support Worker is responsible for the delivery of a consumer direct care assistance and support of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are frail aged or have a disability to live independently in their home and community. The key objectives of the role include: - A commitment to working with our clients and the community to engage in Consumer Directed Care. - Assist clients with activities of daily living such as Domestic Assistance, Personal Care and Social Support. - Ability to build relationships with all levels of the organisation and the community. - Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to demonstrate empathy when required. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively manage workload.
