Ensures timely response to internal/external vendors requests and achieves customer satisfaction goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned. Daily Responsibilities % of Job 90% Review RTV warehouse inventory and collect required information for RMA number application to vendor. Apply for RMA number to vendor according to suppliers requirements. Receive Vendor RMA# answering vendor email or phone calls in timely manner. Process orders in system, issue invoices, recommend packing/labeling or make shipment recommendations to arrange shipment. Confer with warehouse, shipping, or common carrier personnel in order to expedite or trace shipments. Trace shipments and provide vendor shipment pre-alert.
