MAJOR FUNCTIONS: - Manage and coordinate planning schedules for all production departments - Work with HR and management team to coordinate resources for planning schedules ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Lead weekly SIOP planning meeting to coordinate weekly schedules - Perform the scheduling of coiled, straights, spooled, and Galfan tubing. - Schedule machinery to meet sales demand and machinery repair schedules. - Review work center capacity to meet production plan. - Review inventory to reduce aged inventory. - Responsible for computer entry of all engineering change notices. - Assist with month end closing. - Assist with physical inventory. - Maintain ISO and Sarbanes/Oxley documentation as it pertains to production scheduling ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assumes other duties as assigned by manager - Participate on cross-functional teams dedicated to the development of key business initiatives - Establishes and maintains department records and reports - Prepares periodic reports to top management as necessary Qualifications: JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum High School Diploma or GED, a degreed individual is a plus, and minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain management - APICS c...
