POSITION SUMMARY: Food Runners interact with guests, fellow employees, and supervisors in a polite, courteous manner to ensure excellent service is the result of every interaction. Food runners deliver all food menu items and accurately describes them to the guests. Food runners are a liaison between the front of house staff and chefs. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Familiarizes with service standards for the restaurant, especially table setups, beverage service and pre-busing of tables.
