We are seeking an experienced corporate or commercial solicitor with at least 4 - 5 years’ PAE to join our Private Enterprise team. The Role: Our Private Enterprise team works with entrepreneurs, family businesses and privately-owned businesses of all sizes to help them to protect and enhance their commercial strength. In this role you will work with the Partners on a broad range of matters, including: Additionally, our Private Enterprise team works collaboratively with all practice groups within HopgoodGanim, nationally. - Mergers and acquisitions - Business sales - Private capital raising - Structuring and restructuring - Commercial agreement drafting and negotiation - Business succession - Shareholder’s agreements - Family-owned business matters, including family business governance, estate planning, succession planning, structuring, intergenerational transfers and family trusts and constitutions.
